
TELECALLER JOB DESCRIPTION
Telecallers play a key role in customer outreach, sales, and support by making outbound and receiving inbound calls. They engage with potential and existing customers, promote products/services, address inquiries, and ensure a smooth communication experience to drive business growth.
- Responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely.
- Tele caller are also responsible for solving questions in regards to the product or service provided by the company.
- They should collect desires information from the clients and maintain healthy relations with them.
- Tele caller should be an excellent communicator along with convincing abilities.
- Tele caller are also required to write down important information provided by customers and follow up with them on a regular basis.
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
- Obtaining customers information and other relevant data.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
- Suggesting solution based on customers need and requirement.
- Taking and processing product order in a professional manner.
- Studying the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings.
- Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
- Communicating verbal acceptance of offers to our sales team for closing.
- Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others disposition.
- Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of items.
